Slate Roof Replacement for Stradbroke Baptist Church
We were approached to replace the existing slate roof on the Baptist church in Stradbroke, Suffolk. At some point in the past, the existing slate tiles had been covered with felt and this made the slates a challenge to remove and unusable as part of the new roof.
With the tiles removed, our roofers were able to recover the roof with a new modern breather membrane and treated timbers. The result is a roof covering that is not only attractive, but long-lasting and eco-friendly.
