Roof Balcony Renovation in Norwich

The first job was to remove the broken tiles from the old balcony. They were of an older style and had become unsafe. Then we laid a brand new layer of timber. To this we affixed the new GRP balcony that was then sealed. For the finished surface, we sourced interlocking anti-slip rubber tiles from Germany.

The original plate glass skylights had to be fenced off. The two new (and very heavy!) skylights were well worth the effort. The heavy-duty glass in the new skylights is safe to walk on.
