Liquid overlay at Costa Coffee in Norwich

We were contracted to carry out repairs to the roof, including a leaking front gully. To comply with health and safety regulations and cause minimal disruption to the shop and the public, we carried out the works out of hours – working very early mornings and weekends.

To prevent future leaks, we applied a high performance Polyroof Protec liquid overlay system to the roof. This meant we didn’t need to remove the existing roof covering, resulting in a much faster and far less disruptive process with less chance of internal damage. The Polyroof Protec system also has a 20-year guarantee, giving piece of mind to the management company and building owners.

Once the repairs and new system were implemented, we reinstated the bird netting to prevent birds landing on the roof and causing damage.
