GRP Roof Balcony in Thorpe
Recently, our team enhanced a Thorpe residence by installing two brand new Topseal GRP fibreglass balconies.
For this project, we utilised high-quality 18mm OSB3 tongue and groove boards to create a solid and stable base for the balconies. Following this, the perimeter was trimmed before the expert application of Topseal GRP fibreglass. The balconies are guaranteed for 25 years!
Our client's new balconies feature an integrated anti-slip membrane with a fully blinded medium in the top coat. This special surface texture provides excellent traction for feet and shoes, minimising the risk of slips and falls.
