Our skilled team meticulously removed the existing roofing system, ensuring a clean and safe foundation for the new structure. Following that, we installed a robust 18mm OSB3 tongue and groove structural sterling board roof deck, providing a solid base for the next layer.

The high-performance Topseal GRP fibreglass roofing system we installed on the roof deck is renowned for its durability, waterproofing capabilities, and low maintenance requirements. It will effectively shield Oak Manor from the elements for years to come, reducing the need for future repairs and replacements.

To enhance natural light and create a bright and welcoming atmosphere for residents, we also installed two strategically placed skylights. These skylights will brighten the interior and contribute to the positive and uplifting environment of this sunny nursing home.
