Domestic Seaside Property in Cromer

We took a trip down to Cromer to retile a client’s roof that was in a pretty poor state of repair – the tiles on both sides of the roof had clearly seen better days. We removed all the old tiles and upgraded the insulation. For a property such as this one, which is located so close to the coast, having a properly insulated roof can potentially save you money on your heating bills as the weather grows colder.

We replaced the old pantiles with new tiles that were in keeping with the style of this seaside property.
